Bookings are confirmed against
a deposit of 50% of the total. The remaining should be
paid upon arrival.
Bed linen and towels are white
and changed every 4 days.
A child of up to 5 years old (per
apartment) duly accompanied by the parents or person responsible
is free of charge.
A fee of R$ 40,00 per day will
be charged for 2 children not older than 5 years of age
(per apartment).

Every apartment offers fully equipped
kitchen.
Prices subjected to alteration
without prior notice.
For a daily room service: 10%
of the room rate will be added per day of service.
Optional air conditioning: 10%
of the room rate will be added per day.

Cancellation Policy: For refund,
a cancellation should be made 30 days prior to arrival.
The amount can be converted into future accommodation
with 10 days notice.
